4 minutes from Hunter Mountain and 8 minutes from hiking at Kaaterskill Falls this 18-room boutique hotel and cocktail bar has been artfully restored and thoughtfully curated to create a cozy space to throw a party and stay the night. Bright, sun-filled, spacious and inspiring; this beautifully renovated historical space is the perfect blank canvas for any type of event including exhibits, galas, weddings, etc. Multiple small studio spaces and a back house area allow for easy food prep and installations.

XX Venue

The XX Venue (XXV) is a beautifully reconstructed 15,000+ square foot space encompassing the top floor of one of the few remaining factory warehouses on the Williamsburg waterfront in Brooklyn, NY.

Located in the heart of Williamsburg, Gertie is a bright and welcoming space that brings laid-back charm to any gathering. With its artful interiors, all-day café vibes, and flexible layout, it’s perfect for everything from intimate dinners to full buyouts for weddings, parties, and creative events.
